Clone Trooper Stained Glass Window is One of a Kind

For those of you who are building your very own Star Wars cathedral, you will want to check out this Clone Trooper stained glass window for inspiration. This window was made by AidanT and looks pretty awesome.

I’m sure that all of the churches and cathedrals throughout the Empire have stained glass like this, portraying troopers, Vader and the Emperor. Maybe a Hoth attack scene. How else are you going to keep the rabble in their place? That would be a pretty amazing sight. I would worship there for sure.

He also made a sweet Star Trek emblem stained glass window. They are both some amazingly awesome work. I hang my head now to pray for more amazing and geeky stained glass.

Cardboard Clone Trooper is a Perfect Clone

Check out this amazing Clone Trooper Halloween costume, that was made for a 10-year old by his Star Wars-loving dad Parrster. The most amazing thing is that it’s mostly made out of cardboard and papier-mâché. It definitely looks awesome. The only missing piece is the boots!

Parrster downloaded detailed images of the Clone Trooper outfit from the web, and then started working on the costume. He started with the breastplate, and moved on to the helmet. The helmet took the longest and it really does look pretty accurate. In case you plan on trying to do this yourself, the cardboard he used is called “pasted boxboard.”

Of course, it’s not 100% cardboard. There’s some clear plastic, foam, fabric, glue and Velcro in order to hold it all together, and a blue LED in the back of the helmet’s “mohawk.” With a little patience and some TLC, you can also make your own costume for next Halloween. While Clone Troopers are cool, I’d make a cardboard Jango Fett or a retro Boba Fett.

I’m not a big Star Wars nut, but I would gladly hand over my money for these awesome Star Wars hoodies by Marc Ecko. I want all of them. Here are some of the designs:

That’s the Vader hoodie ($100 (USD)) together with the X Wing Pilot hoodie ($150). I wonder why the Vader hoodie is cheaper than the X-Wing Pilot hoodie; it’s sure to be one of the bestsellers of this line.

Those are the “Real” Trooper ($100) and the Clone Trooper ($100) hoodies. Man… I don’t know if not having a credit card at times like this is a good or a bad thing. Dammit. Star Wars Bowling Balls for That Perfect 300 Game, Dude.

The Force is sure to help your game with these bowling balls featuring the likeness of iconic Star Wars characters.

Whether you’re Jedi or Sith, there’s a ball for you. While I think it would be fun to show up to league with Darth Vader bowling bag, you might prefer the grimacing visage of Jedi Master Yoda.

Or maybe you can’t decide which side you’re on, and would rather go for the showdown between Anakin and Obi-Wan.

Brunswick makes these officially licensed Star Wars bowling balls under their Viz-a-Ball brand, which features limited edition graphics ranging from Scooby Doo to the Three Stooges to the Clone Troopers heading off into battle.

There are also balls featuring C-3PO, Darth Maul, Boba Fett, Leia and Amadala among others. Han Solo and Chewie fans are out of luck, though. Personally, I wish they did one where the whole ball was painted like the Death Star.

Of course, if you were a REAL Jedi, you’d just use your Force Push to knock all the pins down with a wave of your hand.
