The Xbox Live community has produced some really entertaining little games. It’s also produced a game which makes your 360 controllers into a wireless “sensual massager”. And I think we all know what that means.

Just download A Perfect Massage onto your Xbox 360, and you can turn one or more of your controllers into a vibrating massager. Choose from settings with names like “Tropical”, “Volcano”, “Ocean” and “Swedish”.

Or switch into manual mode, and use your controller to remotely vibrate up to 3 additional controllers, if that’s what you’re into.

So if your muscles (or some other body parts) are feeling tense, you can grab the game on the Xbox Live community marketplace for just 200 Microsoft Points, less than one of those “Magic Fingers” beds they have in no-tell motel rooms.

Campy, cheap experiences for groups in your living room can sometimes be hard to come by, unless someone is willing to start dancing on the table. But if you’re looking for something a little safer (for your table), a silly new trivia game is available as part of the Xbox Live Community Games lineup.

What The?! isn’t that silly with its questions, but rather with its prizes. Clean up on points and the game-you just might walk away with… a used book! Or a nylon wallet!

Everybody loves a nice toaster.

What The?!, which was just recently released, is available for 400 Microsoft Points. In the end, it’s just simple trivia, but if you’re already the type of person who hoards useless facts, the game’s amusing recreation of old game shows might appeal.

Playstation 3 ‘Home’ Virtual Community Confirmed

At this week’s Game Developer’s Conference (GDC), Sony confirmed plans for a new enhancement to the PS3′s online capabilities, simply called “Home.” The new feature will take a page out of other social networking services, enabling console users to share content and interact in new ways.

Home will allow users to create their own 3D humanoid avatar and interact in an environment that is strikingly similar to Second Life (but with PS3 quality graphics.) PlayStation 3 online users will be able to create their own virtual “apartments” which they can decorate to their own aesthetic and show off personal content such as videos, photos and other media from their PS3′s hard drive.

The launching point for Home will be a “lobby” where you can walk around and browse your gaming collection and even play mini arcade games (although it’s not known if there will be a cost for these games.) Gaming and content publishers will also be able to join the community and set up shop with their own products and services. Check out this video of the service in action:

Home is expected to be totally free, and should go into a Beta test later this Spring, with a full roll-out later in 2007.
