There’s a rumor floating around today that Nintendo is going to release a series of new controllers for the Wii in at least three new colors. Both the Wii-mote and Nunchuk controller are expected to be released in silver, blue and pearlescent pink sometime later this Spring.
These details were leaked in a European retail price list, and list a release date of June 29, 2007…

These oddly textured silicon caps attach to the top of the PlayStation 3’s analog sticks, supposedly protecting the thumbsticks and providing grip, all while making your controller the ugliest one on the block…

One thing sorely lacking from Sony’s SIXAXIS controller for the PS3 is the rumble sensation that’s present in pretty much all of the other major gaming systems out there. Sony claimed they left it out due because it interfered with the systems motion sensors, but conventional wisdom tells us that a legal dispute between Sony and Immersion kept the controllers rumble-free…

This little USB controller has a fun little trick up its sleeve. The Pocket Gamepad is hinged in the middle, folds in half and flips shut for maximum portability.
The compact game controller measures just 3.93″ x 1.81″ x 0.47″ when opened and about half that width and twice that depth when folded up. Imported from Japan by GeekStuff4U, it’ll set you back about $31 USD.
