Most people express themselves by talking about whatever’s on their mind or by writing about it. Others create works of art and resort to painting or sculpting to make some sort of physical representation of what they’re feeling or thinking. Then there’s the more shallow means of self-expression: makeup, nail polish, hair color – and clothing.

You might have seen the entire saga more than ten times. You might have decorated your entire den and bedroom with movie memorabilia and tiny toy figures. But you won’t be the ultimate Star Wars aficionado if you don’t have this Star Wars Stormtrooper corset in your closet (or get your girlfriend one, if you’re a guy.)

Funny thing is, there are no actual stormtroopers on this thing (though there are a couple of Clone Troopers.) The front of the corset is actually just plain black, so you can layer on a cardigan if you don’t feel like showing your true colors on some days. Come Along Pond, Wear This TARDIS Corset

We’ve seen our share of geeky corsets, but I have to say, this Tardis Corset one of the sexiest to come along in quite a while. And now all I can think about is Amy Pond wearing this. Makes me feel all timey-whimey.

This sexy creation comes from Philadelphia costume designer Mayfaire Moon. Good as it looks, this thing is not even finished yet. They plan to include lights and sounds and get this: Even a golden brown interior with brown hexagons just like the Tardis control room. Now do you see why this is the ultimate in geeky sexy-wear?

And it wouldn’t be right to make the “bigger on the inside” joke while a woman is wearing this. She might think you are referring to her weight. This thing is awesome because I like my women like I like my Tardis control room: Pretty bare with lots of controls to fiddle with.

Geek Corsets: Imagining Darth Vader as a Sexy (Female) Beast

Straight from the what files come these geektastic corsets designed to evoke Star Wars and Star Trek character, and I can’t decide if they’d make great Halloween costumes, or if they look like something from an adult film parody of the classics.

One thing is indisputable: the workmanship that went into these costumes and corsets, by EveningArwen, is amazing. The corsets look good and they make great outfits. But $200 a pop is a hefty price to pay.

But I guess for those folks who grew up weaned on the various versions of Star Trek, these togs might be fantasy come to life. Not very practical for beaming down to unknown planets, though.
