<p>It seems funny &#8211; Mario couture! &#8211; until you consider that the sparkly evening gown took longer to complete than any actual Mario game. Fashion design is serious business.</p>
<p>As you can see, the dresses range from overt and outlandish to a more subtle design with the red-and-white mushroom dress, but they certainly don&#8217;t look out of place on the runway. For some shoes? A little Nintendo love is really quite tame.</p>
