I spotted this great Halo-inspired Xbox 360 casemod over on deviantART this morning. Modder EvilDan created this scene of Master Chief and an energy sword-wielding Covenant Elite on the top (or side – depending on how you look at it) of a modded 360 for a friend. Lucky friend.

I’m not sure when Ecko embraced geek and gamer culture, but it’s pretty cool that they have. So now Halo fans – of which there are an abundant amount – can celebrate the launch of Halo 3: ODST by braving winter in their very own limited edition Ecko ODST hoodie.

What’s as bright as a plasma grenade stuck to your face? This Halo casemod, that’s what.
This spiffy custom model puts the official Halo Xbox 360 to shame. Not only does it glow (always a plus), but that’s one of the armor emblems from the game. I can’t tell from his signature on the Ben Heck forums,…

A brave soul could come up with piles and piles of adjectives to lay upon the Halo franchise, but “cute” usually isn’t one that comes up (unless you’re talking about playing with the Grunt Birthday Party skull on). However, when you’re talking about clay Halo figures, “cute” is about all I can throw down, and that…

I love tiny pendants, cufflinks, barrettes, and other small, innocuous ways of geeking-up an outfit, so Plastic Paradox’s Etsy storefront is, for me, pretty much the place to be. But, really, could any Halo fan resist these Master Chief cufflinks?
You could get away with those almost anywhere. Does anyone really spend that much time studying…

I can’t imagine how much time it took to build this intricate life-size LEGO Halo sculpture.
LEGOholic dm_meister based this LEGO block sculpture on the sociopathic Sarge from the Halo Red vs. Blue machinima series. He says that if he were to build the rest of this Spartan’s body, he’d stand over 6-foot 5-inches tall.…

There’s nothing to dislike about a replica Halo sword. Even without sharpened points, this baby looks 100% badass. There is nothing unbadass about it. In fact, this sword is so very bad that it doesn’t even have anything over the handle to protect unhardened wussy hands from the sharp corners of death metal connecting those blades.…

The Master Chief MIMOBOT isn’t a towering 7-footer with a 700 lb. armor like his video game counterpart, but he can store data. Like, up to 8 GB. And he has a huge head.
As you can see, Blue and Red Spartans have also enlisted to protect your spreadsheets and documents. And when you’re done…

The many enemies and races of the Halo universe are interesting enough in their own right, but these particular examples are way beyond the norm. Halo fan and clay genius Antithesis doesn’t create Halo figures. This is art.
These amazingly detailed figures show off the softer side of some of the most ferocious fighters you’ll find in a…

Now this is my kind of boom box…
Halo fan Mordacil’s SPNKR rocket launcher boom box has speakers built into the barrels, and a slot on top for connecting an MP3 player. While you could use it to play an aggressive tune like Bang Your Head, or something more whimsical like Blow the Man Down,…

It has to be tough to pick just one game to represent everything about a platform, but in a sense, that’s what you’re doing when you customize a gaming console. When it comes to the Xbox (original or 360), though, whether or not you like Halo, you’ve got to admit it’s certainly a flagship franchise…

Sure, it’s only April, but you know what they say–every year, it’s earlier with the Christmas decorations, so why not beat the rush? It’s tempting when we’re talking about five bucks for handmade ornaments featuring iconic images from popular Xbox 360 games.
TheLemonadeStandShop may have a whimsical name, but Master Chief is serious business. The…
