You see, instead of a switch or a button or a string, the Bye-5 looks like a hand, always ready to give – and receive – a high five.  It doesn’t exactly look like a human hand though:

To me, the Bye-5 looks like it came from a translucent giant baby. On the other hand, it does have a “soft, skin-like touch”, plus it has its own small LED that activates when you switch the room light off, so you won’t be left alone in the dark with a translucent giant baby hand.

Overall I think it’s a neat concept. What better way to start or end your day than with a high five? Actually I could think of tons of things that are better than that. But you get my point.
