<p><em>KERN</em> is a little like <em>Tetris</em>, except it&#8217;s all about placing letters in their proper places. You can move the letter back and forth on the screen while the rest of the word advances downward, and when you think you&#8217;ve got it, rush the rest of the letters down. You&#8217;re then given a score. Pretty simple, pretty nifty, and very, <em>very</em> geeky&#8211;which might make it a perfect iPhone game.</p>
