Goodluckgoods’ Love Energizer Retro Cases Surround Your iPhone with Love

The Bangkok-based Goodluckgoods design studio have come up with a pretty cool iPhone 4/4S case, that mimics graphics from years ago. It’s quite eye-catching, playful, and will make your iPhone stand out from the rest.

Each one is covered with bold graphic designs which are reminiscent of old-time product packaging – though Goodluckgoods has created their own “love” theme for each graphic.

The inside of each case is padded with a felt cloth, so that your iPhone is nicely protected. The outside is made out of a thick eco-friendly cellulose fiber, the kind used to make denim jean pocket labels. It’s a nice hybrid material, that’s really durable and pleasing to the touch. The case will crumple a bit as time passes, and it’s supposed to be water resistant. There is also a credit card/cash slot in the back.

There’s also an iPad case made from the same materials, but instead of the love theme, it looks like a giant post card/manilla envelope hybrid:

Inner Message Rings Leave a Lasting Impression

Valentine’s Day has come and gone. How did you spend yours? It’s the one day of the year where a lot of guys decide it’s high time to propose to their girlfriends. But for those who aren’t ready to take the leap, there are always promise rings. Then a notch lower than that, I believe, are these Inner Message Rings.

The name of the rings are pretty self-explanatory. Each ring has a message on the inside of the ring that will leave an imprint on the wearer’s finger. They were designed by Jungyun Yoon, who was inspired to make the rings based on a song a Korean singer wrote about a sunburn mark that he found on his finger after he broke up with his girlfriend and removed a ring that he had been wearing for a long time.

There are two versions of the Inner Message Rings: the sterling silver version is priced at $120 (USD), while the 14K gold version is priced at $780. They’re available with three imprints: “always”, “Marry Me” and a heart.

Crafter yummypocket created this clever Valentine designed to look vaguely like an actual iPhone. It measures roughly the size of the real deal, and is made from black foam, blue card stock and grey vinyl.

Mic & Mac Prove That Love Knows No Operating System

Staunch loyalists of either Apple or Windows will not approve of the romance between Mic & Mac, two machines who fall in love with each other despite their differences. The Pixar-like video, created by a certain gverstraeten, is quite old but it’s still dawwwwwww-inducing.

While Apple zealots will no doubt deem the classic gray PC as too ugly even for the old iMac, it’s actually Windows & PC fans who will be more insulted in the video. Watch it and look at Mic’s (that’s the PC) third wooing gimmick to see what I mean.
