Digitus address numbers are available in 5 colors – white, terracotta, and metallic blue, green and magenta (although I’m not quite sure what colors are pictured on the doors above). You can find them over at the Art Lebedev store for just $5.77 (USD) each.

Looking for a serious arcade controller for your PlayStation 3? Then look no further than this new joystick from XCM.

The XCM Rumble Stick not only gives your PS3 games that authentic arcade feel, but offers built-in vibration feedback under the hood – a rarity for arcade sticks. The beefy metallic controller weighs in at nearly 5 pounds and looks just plain awesome. I just love how this stick has bright LED illumination behind all the buttons and inside the joystick ball too. Yummy.

Also along for the ride are programmable memory buttons which can store up to 20 button and stick movements in a single button. Ryu and Ken will finally be able to pull off all those crazy combo moves with just a single button push. There’s also rapid fire and turbo control modes to give you that extra edge.

And Xbox 360 fans don’t have to feel left out. Just pick up an XCM Cross Fire Converter for $50 and you can use the same stick with your 360 too.

You can order the XCM Rumble Stick from Console Shop for $119.95 (USD).

If the basic Guitar Hero Les Paul controllers are just too bland for your tastes, but you don’t want to shell out the change for a whole new controller when you have one that works just fine, you might try a faceplate. And if you want a faceplate that’s really metal…lic, you might try one of these shiny flaked jobs.

The faceplates, which are available from CodingHorror’s Etsy shopfront, work with either PS3 or Xbox 360 wireless Les Paul controllers, but not with the Wii set, alas. Only the “real manly awesome consoles,” as he puts it. For shame.

But all system snobbery aside, if you need to rock out with extra shine, these faceplates might be just what you need to stand out at the next fake band get-together.

With the holidays bearing down upon us, it’s only a matter of time before your great aunt Mildred shows up wearing one of her infamous sequined reindeer sweaters. Why should she have all the fun dressing up for the holidays? Now your iPhone can join in the festivities too.

These shiny new Noel cases from More give your iPhone (3G only) the shiny, metallic look of Christmas ornaments. Available in blue and ruby jeweltones as well as gold and shiny aluminum, these form-fitting cases are sure to draw attention the next time you go to answer your phone.

The unibody shell design has precise cutouts that allow you to use all controls and inputs without removing the case. And so the face of your iPhone doesn’t feel left out, each case comes with a bonus mirrored screen protector which makes the front of your iPhone just as shiny as the back.

Keep in mind that these cases are super smooth, so if you’re looking for an extra grip on your iPhone, this isn’t the case for you. They’re available now from More Thing for $29.90 USD each.

Other than maybe one of those giant glitzy wresting belts, I can’t think of a more rockin’ thing to wear around your waist than one of these nifty retro video game belt buckles.

Handmade by artist Natalie Hutcheson (aka “HutchMe”), these metal buckles don imagery of famous icons of classic arcade games. While the Donkey Kong buckle is my personal favorite, Ms. Pac-Man comes in a close second.

Each buckle is crafted from sturdy brass-toned metal, inlaid with sparkly metallic game graphics. The designs are then coated with a durable industrial epoxy finish to keep them from scratching up as you lean against your favorite arcade machine as you pump in quarter after quarter.

Of course, if actual size pixels aren’t your thing, you can always pick up this giant-sized purple Space Invader, which can certainly be seen from a much greater distance.

So if you’re tired of looking un-cool with your plain old brass buckle, head on over to HutchMe’s Etsy store to get your hands on one of these for $18 a pop.

Creative lass Zhaddi made this cross-stitch of the famous Han Solo quote for a contest that called for a crafty reinterpretation of a favorite quote. She describes it as “the perfect chance to blend my geeking and crafting.”

I have but one tiny critique, which is that I believe the actual quote is “Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid,” but why split hairs when we’re talking about a masterwork such as this? She used metallic threads for the blaster barrels and lightsaber handles and put it in a pretty frame. She also thoughtfully photographed it for us with Han, looking ever the master of his domain.

Say, this would have been a great wedding gift for those Star Wars-obsessed folks. It would be the perfect addition to their home, I’m sure.

Check out more info and pictures of this project on Craftster.

A while back, I showed you guys a cool metallic shell for the Xbox 360, but as is the issue with many of these replacement shells, there’s no way to use it with the newer 360 Premium or Elite models which have an HDMI port. Thanks to accessory maker XCM, you and your shiny new 360 can have a shiny new case too.

This chrome Xbox 360 shell wraps your console with a gorgeous surface that’s so gleaming that you could use it as a mirror (a bendy circus mirror for sure, but a mirror nonetheless).

The case has just started shipping, and should be available for around $60 from Extreme-Mods any day now. If that’s not enough chrome for you, there’s a matching chrome hard drive cover for $25 and an LED lighted controller replacement shell for about $30.

Drooling over the forthcoming satin silver Playstation 3? Thought you had to live in Japan to enjoy its non-thumbprinty matte finish? Well not if reseller Play-Asia has anything to say about it.

The video game importer is now taking orders for the luscious silver PS3, and the price isn’t much higher than you’d pay for a standard model. The retailer expects to start shipping the new color on March 6th, for $429 USD, a $30 premium over what you’d typically spend for a stock black PS3 here in the states.

Of course, it’s a Japanese PS3, so the default menus are in Japanese (which you should be able to change), and the manual isn’t in English, either. Thankfully, the console does run on standard 110v power, and PS3 games aren’t region-locked, so you should be okay.

So if you’re willing to do a little grey-market importing, check out Play-Asia’s silver PS3 product page. If you’d like to grab a matching Dual Shock 3 controller, they’ve got those too.

Planning on asking that tech savvy girl for her hand in wedded bliss? Here’s a way to really make a splash when you present her with that all important ring.

The $199 Euricase Ring Box has a tiny 2-inch LCD screen and multimedia player built into the lid. When she opens the box, your beloved can view up to 500 pictures of your favorite memories, or up to 60 minutes of video. The box comes in a variety of finishes including the super shiny metallic gold shown here (add $50), and offers ample protection for your precious two months’ worth of salary inside.

Now as much as the ring box can be used for good, it could also be used for evil. The surefire way to get kicked to the curb with one of these would be: a) to spend more on the box than you do on the ring or b) to not pop the question in person, and instead record a video proposal.
