The Sansa Connect player lets you listen to internet radio stations wirelessly as well as to listen to music subscription services on the go. SanDisk hasn’t been forthcoming with details about what music services they’ll support, but if I had to guess, I’d say they’ll end up supporting PlaysForSure subscription-based services such as URGE, Napster and MusicNow among others. Taking a page from Microsoft’s Zune, the player also offers social networking capabilities that let you see what other friends are listening to, and listen to the same tracks as long as you have a valid subscription for the same music.

The initial model features a nice 2.2″ color display, 4GB of flash memory and a MicroSD slot if that’s not enough memory for you. Priced at $249.99, it should hit stores this March.
