These days, iPod docks seem to be a dime a dozen, so it’s refreshing to see when someone thinks a little outside of the box. Enter the SendStation PocketDock AV, a portable device that clips onto the bottom of your iPod and lets you access all the audio, video and computer connectivity you need while you’re on the road.

The simple device snaps on to the iPod’s dock connector and provides ready access to USB, stereo audio, composite and s-video when you attach the included breakout cable. It can even charge iPods that support USB-based charging (4G and newer.) It’ll cost $36.95 and should be available “shortly” according to SendStation.
