This Over 18 USB drive from Japan’s Solid Alliance doesn’t do anything special, other than tell you that whatever is stored on the device is supposed to be for those over 18. Of course, if I were a teenager, this would be the first USB drive I’d plug into the home computer to look for dirty pictures.

You’d be much better off storing your Disney/Pixar collection on this device, and keeping your private fetish collection of out on one of these.

Earbuds are a dime a dozen these days, so if you’re going to try and compete with all of the various listening devices out there in the market, you’ve got to do something to differentiate yourself, right? The guys over at Japan’s Solid Alliance definitely stand out from the crowd with these wacky earbuds.

These appropriately named “Crazy Earphones” look like things you definitely wouldn’t want sticking into (or out of) your ear canals. The latest series (yes, this is the second batch of designs already) includes a pair shaped like a mini katana sticking through your head, and an arrow that’s pierced an apple and then your skull. There’s also oddities like a power-up mushroom growing out of your ear, and the most surreal of the bunch, a way-too-literal “ear”-phone.

At this point, you can only find these at the Japanese Solid Alliance store for ¥2,000 (appx. $22 USD) a pair. But it’s only a matter of time before you’ll see people walking around all over the world wearing these things on the bus.

Finally! Something for all those crystal-loving, hardcore Terminator fans with lots of extra money to throw at their data storage needs! Your wait is over, folks. The skulldrive is here to empty your wallets.

Those sinister eyes aren’t just pretty rocks–they’re Swarovski crystals, which explains the $150 (USD) price tag. What isn’t explained, however, is why this admittedly cool USB drive only has a 2GB capacity. Seems a lot of money to shell out in support of the fourth Terminator flick considering the memory stick doesn’t exactly have a lot of heft to it.

Also, at this point, I’m pretty sure that there is a novelty USB drive to support just about everything. Too bad they aren’t cheaper!

The Tengu is an interactive device that displays an animated face using an array of LEDs. Designed by UK artist Crispin Jones, the Tengu reacts to auditory stimuli like music or speech. Depending on the sounds it “hears,” it’s capable of displaying a bunch of different (albeit blocky) facial expressions.

You can pre-order one now on the Solid Alliance store ¥4,480 (about $38 USD.)
