The iKurv delivers 20 watts of power, and it also has all of the inputs for regular audio devices. It can even be connected to your TV. It comes with a remote and will even dock some older iPods. There aren’t many buttons on it, but the included remote should be fine to control your music player.

You can get the iKurv directly from Speakal for $79.99 (USD). It’s available in white, yellow, green, pink and blue. It’s definitely an interesting dock to have in your pad, if you life futuristic gear.

The TARDIS speaker looks like a good replica. It comes with Bluetooth connectivity so you can stream your music wirelessly. All in all, this would look good on a desk, simply because it doesn’t look like any other speaker I’ve seen. I only wonder if the speaker is bigger inside than outside.

The Top Gear speaker isn’t that unique though. Go figure that there are already other speaker docks that are in the shape of a helmet out there. However, this is probably the only one that looks like the Stig’s helmet.

The thing is pretty cool, even if it looks like the grey’s stopped simply mutilating livestock and started breeding with it. The alien eyes of the Cool iPig are pointy and are actually the speakers for the thing. Its nose has the controls for pausing and playing tracks.

The ears are motion sensitive and control the volume of the music. The device can dock your iPhone or any dockable iPod. It also has a 3.5mm input jack for non-dockable devices. Other features include a remote control, 23W of power, a subwoofer, and TV connectivity. The device is offered now for about $150 and has an internal rechargeable battery.

The miSoccer ($119 USD) works just like any other iPod speaker dock, except it looks like a soccer ball (or for the majority of the globe – a football). The miSoccer dock is a self-contained 2.1 sound system, and has two full-range drivers for stereo sound, plus a 15-watt subwoofer inside the soccer ball. It plays and charges all iPod models with the dock connector. It doesn’t say that it’s compatible iPhones though, so I’m betting you’ll get that annoying GSM interference if you try one that’s not in airplane mode.

If you’re a big fan of the game, you can pre-order over at Speakal. While you’re over there, pick up an iPig or an iPanda too. I assume Speakal got a really good deal on that orb-shaped speaker mold.

Just don’t try kicking a goal with one.

Look at that cute little Amazon exclusive. But the iPig isn’t just endearing: his little 6″x 5″x 6″ piggy body contains 5 speakers – a 4-inch subwoofer, two tweeters, and two 1.5-inch mid-range drivers – with 25 watts of total output.

Then there’s its dock, which is compatible with most current iPod models: iPod mini; iPod nano 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G; iPod classic 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, 5.5G, 6G; iPod touch 1G, 2G; iPhone 1G, 3G. That creepy smile lights up when iPig is turned on and blinks whenever iPig is given a command.

As you can see, even if you don’t own an iPod the iPig can still play your music via its 3.5 mm auxiliary input. The rest of the switches on iPig’s butt are self-explanatory, but what do you make of this?

That’s one of iPig’s ears, specifically its right ear. Touch it to raise the volume, and touch its left ear to lower the volume. This is what Speakal calls a gimmick “Humanized Touch Volume Control”.

The iPig is available in all known colors in the universe, as long as it’s white, yellow, pink and limited edition black. Black iPig can be yours for $130 USD, while the other versions are slightly cheaper at $120 USD. And frankly, iPig really needs your support right now, because according to Amazon 89% of people who view iPig actually end up buying iPanda.
