Skyrim does nearly everything right. Well, aside from its many glitches. One of the things that they really nailed is the sneak feature. It’s very easy to figure out if you have been seen sneaking around. The eye will let you know. Did you hear something? Must have been my imagination.

Now, the open and closed eyeball is on a shirt that glows in the dark from behind. This means that you can be seen from the front, but from behind you are completely invisible.

It’s made of 100% cotton, so it sucks armor-wise. It’s a great shirt to put on when you are lounging around your Breezehome though. Get one now and you don’t have to be sneaky about it. These cool shirts are available from Splitreason for $18.95 (USD).

President’s Day is upon us, and what better way to celebrate the USA’s forefathers than by getting yourself some appropriate retro 8-bit t-shirts, featuring Abe Lincoln and George Washington looking like characters from you favorite Super Mario game!

The t-shirt is part of a limited run over at the Chop Shop Store, and they’ve called it President’s Play, a good play on the words of the upcoming holiday. Which world will you choose to play? The Revolution or Gettysburg? By getting this shirt, you can play both.

You can get yours from the Chop Shop Store for $23. For an extra $3, you can even get it printed on an nicer American Apparel shirt.

It’s definitely a fun and geeky way to celebrate President’s Day. Not that there’s much chance you’ll actually be wearing it by Monday – oh, well.

Let’s face it. If you’ve got a Windows PC, you’ve probably had it crash at least a few times, and most of us have seen the dreaded Blue Screen of Death more times than we care to. After a few crashes, sometimes the best option is to just wipe your hard drive and reinstall a fresh copy of the OS. It just seems to get gunked up over time no matter what you try. If you forget to keep your PC clean, here’s a friendly reminder, in t-shirt form.

Designer Ian Leino’s Code of Arms t-shirt provides a not-so-gentle reminder of the three “R’s” of PC maintenance: “Refresh,” “Reboot,” “Reinstall” set into an awesome coat of arms, complete with monkeys, caffeine and assorted junk food. (Gotta love the “Mountain Dude” and “Free Toes”.)

The only change I would make would be to add a fourth “R” – “Reformat,” but that’s just me. I prefer a clean hard drive before reinstalling an operating system. Computer geeks with a keen sense of style can head on over to shirt.woot and grab the Code of Arms t-shirt for 15 bucks.

When “massively multiplayer” meant having 8 players in your party at once. When one’s fate was decided not by the number crunching of sterile software, but by hard dice, shaken in the hero’s own trembling hands. When the best graphics engine was one’s imagination. Which meant my graphics absolutely sucked.

From the looks of this retro-mechanical machine, it looks like Pac-Man was in existence long before the 1980s. The Ghost Eater 1 is powered by gears, steam, cherries and power pellets, and is the perfect t-shirt for retro gaming fans.

You’ll notice that Pac-Man is leaking some oil and clearly requires constant maintenance, but would you expect anything else from such an old and complex mechanical contraption? The t-shirt was designed by Forent Bocognani, and is available over at Threadless for $20 (USD) in either a mustard color for guys, or a more pleasing light yellow for girls.

I was going back over some old posts, and believe that if you squint real hard at the old Pac-Gentleman game, that’s Ghost Eater 1 there.

Portal fans, here’s another clever t-shirt to add to your growing collection. It features a tiny mouse (Chell, is that you?) with an even tinier Handheld Portal Device, making it’s little mouse hole with it. Here, I’ll start off with the back of the shirt so as not to ruin the surprise:

On the front of Bassanimation’s The Cheese is a Liederkranz shirt is the big pay-off, a tiny block of cheese in the shape of a companion cube. Yeah, I know that it’s not a cake, but it’s still funny. As a matter of fact, it looks more like cheddar than Liederkranz to me, but I guess that’s all part of GLaDOS’ deception.

So blast a portal on through to shirt.woot! and take 15 bucks with you if you want one of these t-shirts for yourself.

A long time ago – the late 80s – in a land far, far away – Hyrule – there began an interactive tale about power, wisdom and courage, embodied by an artifact called the Triforce. It was split into many fragments that the hero had to collect to save the land and the princess. I think the line on this T-shirt is a polite way of saying what Link must have prayed for before entering the next dungeon: “May the whole freaking artifact be with you, instead of just one measly fragment.”

Yes I know that we all love Star Trek, but do you love it enough to wear this flashing t-shirt? It definitely takes the geek factor to the next level and the Flashing Star-Trek T-Shirt comes in four different designs, perfect for all hardcore Trekkies.

Personally, I think this should be reserved for special occasions, because it could get distracting, but nonetheless, it’s got some appeal. The original t-shirt comes in a white or yellow flashing logo. Naturally, you can also get the Star Trek Enterprise and Star Trek Voyager images. In essence, they’re trying to cater to all Trek geeks.

These t-shirts can only be hand-washed and the flashing panels run off 4 AAA batteries hidden in a battery pack, which is apparently cleverly hidden in the lining of the shirt. They are available from Flashwear for $24.40 (£14.99).

Weapons don’t make a hero – or a villain – but they sure do help. The weLoaded T-shirt by Chop Shop pays homage to 79 famous combative devices from various book, TV, movie and video game franchises. From the Holy Hand Grenade from Monty Python and the Holy Grail to the missile in Dr. Strangelove, to the Minecraft pickaxe, you’ll probably want two of this shirt – one to wear and one to ogle.

I love the attention to detail in the drawing, like the broken Narsil sword from Lord of the Rings, the District 9 rifle and that… that pixelated hammer. Is that from Donkey Kong or Ice Climbers? I wish I was geeky enough to be able to identify all of these items, but alas, I’m not. Here’s a numbered version of the drawing:

I wonder if Tenten can fit all those weapons in a single scroll. She probably can. You can buy the weLoaded T-Shirt at Supermarket for $25 (USD). I think I’ve found my new wallpaper.

Sure, skull and bones designs are a dime a dozen, but this t-shirt has something special going for it. If you look at the t-shirt from afar, you’ll notice something pixel-like about the design. Once you look closely, you’ll see the intricacy of the design, and realize that it’s made from Tetris blocks.

It sure brings back some memories. I played Tetris for the first time on the first Game Boy, the one with the green-tinged LCD display. I remember saying to myself, one more game, and hours could pass. Everything seemed simpler back then, especially when it came to gaming. It didn’t take long for greyscale gaming to be left in the dust.

This t-shirt is available from ThinkGeek for $17.99 to $19.99 (USD) depending on the size that you order. The black cotton t-shirt sure looks menacing, but I’d like too see them in a few different colors.

I actually searched online to see if there was a special term to call Star Wars fan and found this thread on the official SW forum, but none of the suggestions are worth using. I guess that’s a point for the Trekkies.
