You’ll notice that Pac-Man is leaking some oil and clearly requires constant maintenance, but would you expect anything else from such an old and complex mechanical contraption? The t-shirt was designed by Forent Bocognani, and is available over at Threadless for $20 (USD) in either a mustard color for guys, or a more pleasing light yellow for girls.

I was going back over some old posts, and believe that if you squint real hard at the old Pac-Gentleman game, that’s Ghost Eater 1 there.

Well actually, they’re not driving the cars, they are the cars in Mitch Loidolt’s “Vapor Chase” design, currently up for voting at Threadless. The setup is best described by Mitch: “A survivor in a post-apocalyptic world evades deadly phantoms at every turn. Living off of canned fruit, his only glimmer of hope is a fabled power source that will vanquish the undead and restore hope to humanity.” Man, if that was Namco’s original pitch for the arcade game, I would have spent at least 75 cents more a week on it.

The tee was designed by Stuart Colebrook, and features the ghostly red figure of Blinky, brought back to life for one last time during a seance. I’m not sure why none of the other ghosts are there, but it does answer that burning question of whether or not the ghosts stay blue when they go to the great maze in the sky.

Riccardo states that it’s a sort of guide to all nerds for the people who don’t know much about them. The diagram includes breakdowns of each nerd class and its strength, intelligence, magic, knowledge, science levels (and hair styles). I love how all of the nerds, except of the otaku nerd, have ginger hair.

The backside of the “AV” t-shirt by Olly Moss offers more audio-visual connectors than you’ll probably ever need – at least analog ones. And just like the real deal, there’s a handy headphone jack and standby switch on the front of the shirt.

The tee offers a wealth of virtual RCA audio inputs and outputs, ample component and digital audio inputs, and even a couple of SCART connectors for those of you in Europe. Too bad there’s only 2 HDMI inputs. You can never have enough HDMI inputs, IMHO. And what’s with the composite, S-video and VGA connectors? C’mon, get into the new millennium already!

Looks like this super-excellent shirt is finally in production at Threadless, and has even been (color) corrected from the canonical problems noticed by a reader when we posted it before. The build-up in this shirt is as absurd as a David Foster Wallace sentence. Why make a small joke when instead you can go for something long, epic, and completely ridiculous? Love it. The candelabra is a nice touch.
