To celebrate, a French fast food chain named Quick is offering two versions of themed burgers. You can get the Darth Vader burger on a black bun, (I don’t even wanna know how they made it black) and the Jedi burger, which is your typical brown bun that matches Jedi robes. They’ll also be offering a Darth Maul inspired “Dark Burger”, but that really should have a red bun, shouldn’t it?

So if you find yourself in Paris, forget their fancy shmancy gourmet food. Eat like an American and get yourself the usual grub, just Star Wars themed. If anyone eats that Vader burger, let us know about any unusual symptoms you might experience. I’m not trusting the dying process. Could be worse though, the Yoda burger might be moldy as to mimic Dagobah.

These drink mixes come in their own lithographed metal cans and are branded with one of our favorite characters of the Star Wars universe. The three drinks include Vader’s Dark Side Roast, Chewbacca’s Hoth Cocoa, and Yoda’s Dagobah Green Tea. I could be down with some Hoth Cocoa on a cold day – that sounds good.

The three flavors come together in one set. I’m not sure how large the cans actually are, but there’s just a small sampling of each. There are three ounces of ground coffee, an ounce of tea leaves, and 8 ounces of cocoa mix. That’s not a lot, but let’s face it you are paying for the cans much more than the contents. Yep, that’s Yoda. And he’s got lots of toys and goodies for all the good little Jedi boys and girls. At least for all the younglings not slain at the hand of Anakin in Episode III. Well, that just means more toys for us, right?

Holiday Yoda is a 1:6 scale figure (5.75″ tall) done up with tons of details, including a fully-articulated body, the full Santa Claus getup, and even the tiny bag of toys you see above. He’s available for pre-order now over at Sideshow Collectibles for $74.99 (USD), and is expected to ship just in time for the 2011 holidays.

Those are the flicks I remember most from when I was a kid. The prints are offered in different color backgrounds and such. My favorites are the G-Wok that has a Ewok holding a pistol gangsta’-style in one hand, and an AK-47 in the other. I also like the DJ Yoduh print, it should have a tag line that says “Rock you, I will.”

Boba Phat has our favorite bounty hunter Boba Fett holding a big 80′s boom box. Several of the prints mix vampire themes with classic scenes from the movie. Each of the 12″x 16″ prints sells for $19 (USD), which is surprisingly cheap if you ask me. You need to hit up the artist’s Etsy shop to see all of them.

The sculpture is made from recycled brown paper and “swirly metallic lime green paper” that have been laminated together. Catamation also gave the piece a coat of epoxy varnish for added durability and to protect the paper from fading.

Yoda kinda looks like a potted plant, doesn’t he? Anyway you can get this origami sculpture from Catamation’s Etsy shop for appx. $24 (USD). Be quick about it too, because there’s only one of this remaining; Catamation is having difficulty finding more of that special Yoda skin paper so there’s no telling if and when more will be made.

Well, that’s one way to market your crafty supplies. One awesome way. I think I just officially got over custom action figures. There aren’t even any snakes! But I must say, they’re awfully… rigid… with those lightsabers.

This display was spotted at a craft store, which means that someone probably got paid for painting pumpkins black and putting together costumes. I never thought I would actually aspire to retail, but if I could actually sew, I’m pretty sure I would consider that a viable career choice. I’m sure I could manage to paint. Probably.

Actually, for seasoned crafters, this little Yoda costume doesn’t seem too difficult. Creator Susan completed it within a week, and that’s with making multiples of some items (like the adorable hat). But for we plebeians, I expect it might take a little longer, even with the tutorial. Totally worth the effort, though. My son’s going to be Luke Skywalker this year, and now I half wish we’d gone the Yoda route. It seems fitting while they’re short, after all.

These cotton knit baseball jerseys from Drew Pearson Marketing feature the strongest of the strong in Soul Calibur. I meant in Star Wars. The Jedi jersey’s number is done in felt applique,while the letters are in tackle twill with satin stitch embroidery. I don’t know what that means but you might. What’s weird though is that the only available  sizes are M, L, XL and XXL. Come on Drew Pearson Marketing. Yoda is XXXS. A bit of respect here.

If you like playing for the dark side, then the Sith jersey is for you. It’s also a cotton knit jersey with all numbers and letters done in felt applique. Both Sith and Jedi jerseys have “official woven loop” Star Wars labels on them. What makes the label official? I don’t know. Trade Federation approval?

The Vader hockey jersey is more Dark Side-y than the baseball one. It has “flaming Vader” graphics, and on the sleeves there are tiny “Sith League” logos set off by metal studs. And on the front is a mugshot of a genocidal man.
