15 of the Most Valuable Funko Pops

Super fans love to have a collectible from their favorite movies, TV shows, games, music… you name it! If you enjoy something, you’ll want to collect everything and anything related to it. This is why Funko Pops are great yet accessible merchandise for fans. They make vinyl figures of almost everything related to pop culture and entertainment, and since many of them have limited releases, there’s a high demand for many of them.

1. Clockwork Orange: Alex DeLarge (Glow in the Dark)

Whether you’re a fan of Stanley Kubrick’s adaptation of A Clockwork Orange or the award-winning novel, this is a highly sought-after Funko Pop among collectors that goes for thousands. What sets it apart is that it is a glow-in-the-dark chase release. Additionally, the model is slightly different from the standard one, with the character holding a cane, and this chase does not.

2. Freddy Funko as Jaime Lannister (Bloody)

Freddy Funko is the mascot of Funko Pop and is known to be quite a rare collectible, so you will see different variations of him that go for thousands in the market. Freddy Funko as Jaime Lannister (Bloody) version is a highly wanted figure for two reasons: the blood splatter on his armor and the fact that it is Jaime Lannister from the beloved Game of Thrones series.

3. Willy Wonka & Oompa Loompa (Golden Ticket)

This is one of the most expensive Funko Pops currently in the world, with only ten made. This Funk Pop set is a two-pack of Willy Wonka and an Oompa Loompa in gold. It also comes with a Funko Golden Ticket, which is an adorable touch. So far, there are only known to be four out in the wild, while six are suspected to be in private collections of employees and friends of the company.

4. Freddy Funko as Venom

The Freddy Funko as Venom was released in 2019 and is making its way to being one of the more expensive Funko Pops with a current price tag upwards of thirty thousand. Only 24 pieces of this figure currently exist, and the popularity of the character Venom adds to its value significantly.

5. Stan Lee (Superhero Platinum Metallic)

Since his passing, Stan Lee Funko Pops have reached a whole new level of premium, especially if you have a signed one. The Superhero Platinum Metallic ones, where he is entirely silver and another entirely gold, go for thousands among Marvel or comic book fans. There’s also the Superhero Red Metallic version of Stan Lee, which is equally as valuable.

6. Freddy Funko as Count Chocula (Glow in the Dark Chase)

Several variations of Freddy Funko as Count Chocula are pretty valuable. Even so, the most expensive would be the all-white glow-in-the-dark chase variation. Only certain features of the figure are highlighted in black, like the distinct bowtie, eyes, mouth, and eyebrows. This Funko was also released in 2011, and it’s often pretty hard to find.

7. Dumbo (Clown)

So far, there are two Dumbo Funko Pops that are pretty valuable in the market. However, the Dumbo (Clown) is rarer, with only 48 figures in existence. The figure features everyone’s favorite cartoon elephant, Dumbo, in clown makeup, referring to a sad scene in the movie. The price hike is insane since the standard Dumbo Funko Pop sells for less than $20!

8. Franken Berry Freddy Funko (Glow in the Dark Chase)

An entirely pink figure with a gold crown and white eyes, the Franken Berry Freddy Funko refers to the Franken Berry cereal by General Mills inspired by the novel Frankenstein. This design is a San Diego Comic-Con 2011 exclusive and has since seen a value spike to the thousands. There’s also a metallic version of the Pop, which is equally valuable.

9. Freddy Funko as Tony Stark (Metallic)

One of everyone’s favorite Marvel characters made into a Freddy Funko Pop is sure to draw the attention of collectors everywhere. Only 12 of these metallic figures are ever made, making them an even rarer commodity for fans and collectors everywhere. The figure was released during San Diego Comic-Con 2012, so it can be harder to find now.

10. Holographic Darth Maul

The Darth Maul Funko Pop is far from rare, with its many variations, but the Holographic Darth Maul in all-blue can be super hard to find. Only 480 copies of the figure were available during its release in 2012, and the price continues to rise. As it is entirely holographic, this figure glows in the dark, making it a fun addition for Star Wars fans.

11. Freddy Funko as Boba Fett (Red Hair)

At the time, two versions of the Freddy Funko as Boba Fett figures were released; one features the character with red hair and the other with green hair. The red-haired version is more valuable and sought after by fans, priced in the thousands. Only 24 of these figures exist, making it harder for Boba Fett fans everywhere.

12. Boo Berry (Glow in the Dark Chase)

By now, you’re probably aware that Funko has a whole line of cereal mascots as vinyl figures. Well, the Boo Berry (Glow in the Dark) chase is one of the rarer ones. It features Boo Berry, an all-blue ghost with a red bow tie and half-closed black eyes. 24 of these vinyl figures were released in 2011, and their glow-in-the-dark feature only increases their value among collectors.

13. Freddy Funko as Buzz Lightyear (Glow in the Dark Chase)

A glow-in-the-dark version of the Freddy Funko as Buzz Lightyear now costs thousands in the market. There’s also a metallic version of the Pop with 125 figures released, but the glowing version is rarer with only 12 figures. Plus, let us not forget the power of nostalgia! Buzz Lightyear is a beloved Toy Story character that made up most of our childhood.

14. Stranger Things: Hopper (Gold)

Since Stranger Things continues to rise in popularity, so does its beloved vinyl figures. Funko released 40 figures of the Hopper in gold back in 2018, and they were given away to random attendees for free! If spotted, the value of these figures is high in the thousands now, so whoever got them for free was super lucky.

15. Freddy Funko as Big Boy (Blue Apron)

The iconic Bob’s Big Boy Burger statue becomes a Funko Pop. It is now one of the most valuable vinyl figures out there. Upon its release, there were two variants: one with a blue apron and another with a red apron. Twelve figures wear the blue apron, and 520 wear the red apron. Naturally, the blue apron shot up in value significantly and is wanted by all.
