Logitech Wireless Music System With Remote Navigation

Logitech Wireless DJLogitech has revealed their new Wireless DJ Music System. The compact system is designed to allow you to stream digital music from your PC to your stereo with the unique addition of a wireless remote control navigation system with a familiar click wheel control scheme. The rechargeable remote control features a cool backlit LCD interface providing easy access to playlists, individual songs and albums. The wireless streaming capability has a range of 150 feet (appx. 50m.) via Extended Data Rate Bluetooth technology.

Logitech claims that the system will stream music in any PC audio format, including MP3, iTunes (AAC) and WMA. The system integrates with several popuplar media players including iTunes, Windows Media Player and Musicmatch. And yes, the system will even play DRM-ed tracks such as the ones purchased fron the iTunes store.

Priced at $249.99 USD for the core system and $79.99 for additional receivers, the system should be available around late September 2006.
