Cool Cubicle Toy of the Day: USB Missile Launcher

 |  |  |  |  |  September 20, 2006

Ever wanted to annihilate your annoying office-mates? Tired of your boss giving you crap? Well you can now put an end to all that with the $54.99 USB-controlled desktop missile launcher.

USB powered rocket launcher

The rocket launcher fires soft foam missiles from a software-controlled platform that can rotate and tilt to aim at your target up to eight feet away. Currently, the software is for Windows 2000/XP only, but it’s already been hacked to work from a Mac or Linux as well.

The only downside, USB doesn’t appear to provide sufficient power to launch the rockets, so the launcher requires three AA batteries.
