In what could be one of the coolest mods I’ve seen in a long time, this Japanese modder took an old Macintosh classic and turned it into the best iPad docking station you’ll ever see.
While the concept is simple, it’s the execution that’s just so perfect. The iPad screen fits neatly inside the old monitor frame of the Mac Classic.
About the only thing I’d do differently would be to add on a wireless keyboard and then you’d have a complete desktop computer system. I love the retro mac desktop the modder has running on it to keep things feeling extra retro.
