LEGO Metal Slug: Sports Tank

 |  |  |  |  |  October 19, 2010

I’ve seen a lot of awesome things made out of LEGO, but Peer Kreuger’s remote-controlled tank is now my all-time favorite. Even though Kreuger was inspired by the Metal Slug tank, to ‘Metal Grudge’ looks straight out of Vanquish.

I love the omnidirectional wheels and that big-ass cannon.

The wheels are not just for show too, they’re very practical. Here’s Metal Grudge doing its thing at a skate park:

Remote-controlled camera cars ftw! I wonder if those wheels are also practical in real-life. How freaky would it be to see a life-sized tank move like that? Check out Kreuger’s Flickr page for more pics.
