Iron Man Pinball Machine Aims at Collectors

 |  |  |  |  October 27, 2010

I have played my share of pinball in my day. I used to frequent the machines as a kid in-between rounds of Pac-Man. I had a full size old school arcade pinball machine in my room as a kid and loved it, though the thing was crazy loud. If you are a pinball fan, Stern has a brand new Iron Man pinball machine that looks really cool.

The company makes a full range of pinball machines that can be purchased in versions for home collectors, or in the versions that are actually put into arcades today.

The Iron Man classic machine has some cool sound effects and the one in the video below is the home version.

Apparently, the thing is very similar play wise to the arcade version with differences including things like stickers for graphics rather than screen-printed graphics. The Iron Man Classic machine can be pre-ordered for $3,799 and will ship on November 1.
