iPad cases are a dime a dozen, but this one is made out of carbon fiber, a material known for its extreme lightness and cool looks. It’s often used in race cars and bicycles, so why not use it for a portable device case for the iPad? The only problem is the price: 200 clams for a case? I don’t know.
The InnoPocket EliteFolio iPad 2 case is actually made out of real handcrafted carbon fiber, which at least sort of justifies its high price. It also cuts down on the weight for the case, thanks to the material. The case can be used as a shield, viewing stand and typing stage for all of your case-related iPad 2 needs.
It’s currently available for pre-order over at Innopocket for $199 (USD). It will start shipping at the end of April if you’re interested. Personally, that’s a bit much to spend on a case. Honestly, I just prefer something made out of rubber that’s a whole lot cheaper than this case.
