This wouldn’t be the first time we’ve featured a version of the classic carny game Whack-a-Mole (I think it’s officially called Whac-a-Mole), but it is the first time you can smash the little guys with your thumbs instead of a mallet.
Acer just released information about their Aspire Ethos 8951G and 5951G laptop models which feature a cool idea – a removable touchpad that doubles as a remote control. It’s going to be an interesting feature and unsurprisingly, the laptops look pretty good as well.
There’s something to be said about good desktop speakers for your workstation. Although I prefer to use headphones, speakers are still necessary when you want to watch a movie or play some tunes with friends around.
The old PS3 models occasionally had a problem with overheating, so when modder and PS3HAX administrator Pirate decided to make his second PS3 laptop mod, he decided to install a liquid-cooling system to ensure that it won’t be fried.
After jumping over and running through monsters and obstacles and risking his life (Mama Mia! Why is there a timer?!) just to get to Princess Peach, Mario must have been pissed off after the first time he found out that he fought his way to the wrong castle.
Here’s another iPhone case for the road. Each iPhone case serves a purpose somewhat: for aesthetics (like the Robot Silicon iPhone case), functionality (like the iBottle iPhone Case), some added feature (like the Red Pop or iShuttr Case) that will make using the smartphone easier.
I recently got a new puppy (I named her Remy Martin, but of course I’m not going to let her grow up to be an alcoholic, no sirrie!) and I just adore my little furball.
I rarely leave her at home alone, given that she’s still 8 weeks-old and all, but sometimes, there’s just no one left at home to care for the little tyke.
There are lots of ways to get around town, but I’m pretty sure that most of us have never driven around in an electric diwheel transportation device. Nope, didn’t think so. EDWARD (which stands for Electric Diwheel with Active Rotation Damping) was created by students at the University of Adelaide’s School of Mechanical Engineering.
I’ve run across plenty of those little plug-and-play retro gaming systems before, but this one wins the prize for being the smallest one I’ve seen yet. This pint-sized system is a fully self-contained SEGA Genesis emulator, capable of playing several Sonic the Hedgehog games.
There are hoards of alarm clock charging docks on the market for the iPhone and iPad. An alarm clock that can charge a portable game console is a new one for me though. Nyko has whipped out another new product this week for the gamers out there and this one is an interesting alarm clock that will charge a Nintendo 3DS.
Extreme and action sports are very cool and I like some of the activities that fall into the category. I am not into skateboarding because I would crack off my coccyx in about 2 seconds. I do, however, get into motorsports like road courses and autocross though.
There has been a lot of fuss about some predictions that some kooks psychics have been making with regards to the end of the world. One, in particular, has already struck out twice and has already made a new prediction when the end of the world will be when the day of his last prediction came and went without event.
There are lightsaber chopsticks and even lightsaber spoons. Now there’s a new hope holder for corn-loving Star Wars fans: the Cornobi corn holder. I’m not sure I’ve ever thought of eating a lightsaber, even if it’s a rare yellow one.
One of the best games that I’ve played was Knights of the Old Republic. Hopefully, Bioware’s upcoming title, Star Wars: The Old Republic, will be something along the same lines (in a MMORPG way). Needless to say, if you’re gaming on your PC, you’ll need a nifty keyboard and mouse combo, which is why Razer is releasing their new Old Republic-themed peripherals.
Razer’s Old Republic keyboard is the real winner among the bunch, with its built-in multitouch track pad, and a cool color LCD screen underneath it.
