Nintendo 3DS Circle Pad Attachment Adds an Analog Stick and Shoulder Buttons

If you’re looking for a surefire way to make your sweet Nintendo 3DS less sexy and more chunky, we have your answer. This Nintendo 3DS circle pad attachment should do the trick. It will make your hand held look… well, not so awesome.

There had been rumors of just such an attachment and now it is confirmed. The image above comes from a Famitsu article revealing the “SECRET SCOOP!” Now this attachment is out and proud. And as I said, it makes your 3DS look chunky. Fat. Husky. Big-boned. Bulky. Thick. In other words, not so pocket-friendly anymore.

The main selling point of this accessory is that it is perfect for Monster Hunter Tri G. That game can take advantage of it’s three extra shoulder buttons and second stick. Makes it a lot more like the Playstation Vita huh? Interesting. Fugly, but interesting. When more info is available we will let you know as always.
