Japan has had a white PS3 since last year that gamers could pick up if they were tired of the old black one. Here in the US the black console is all we got to play with right out of the box, which was sort of a bummer.

This new thrill-seeking robot actually base-jumps. That’s right, a robot seeking thrills and showing off. It will climb up the side of a building, then jump off and deploy a paraglider to fly back down to Earth.

This has to be one of the most bad-ass LEGO creations I’ve seen. Not only does it look amazing, but this Predator LEGO bust is sure to scare the pants off any Minifig who dare stand in its way.

Into fighting games, but don’t think the PS3’s DualShock controller is right for dealing out the ultimate beat-down? Don’t want to have a giant arcade stick on your lap either? Then you might want to check out this controller, optimized for fighting games, but that still fits in the palm of your hand.

This is kind of funny because I never thought that any company would sponsor The Dark Side, but here you have it, the adidas Stormtrooper, ready to die for Darth Vader, while promoting the popular athletic-wear brand.

Hey did you hear the news? You know that chap Will Rockwell? The eccentric gentleman from America, whose house might as well be a factory for all the dreadful clanging and hissing and sparks and smoke coming out from any and every hole, you’d think he was fashioning a personal steamship – but I digress.

I’m not really a comic geek so pardon me if this has been addressed in canon, but I’ve always wondered why only the Gotham PD had a bat signal. Wouldn’t ordinary citizens have a higher chance of actually needing the Batman to protect them from the horrors of Gotham City?

The popularity of iOS devices has spawned the creation of a plethora of docks for iPhones, iPod, iPads, and whatnot. Some are pretty cool, like the ones that were inspired by tree stumps,  while others are just plain ridiculous.

I remember my first water balloon fight as if it were yesterday. I probably would’ve filled up those darned balloons way quicker if I had one of these Tie Knot Water Balloon Fillers, because I was clobbered and drenched to the bones by my unrelenting cousins.

Lunch boxes are fine. You can get them in almost any geeky flavor you want, but with the graphics already on them. That takes some of the fun out of lunch. It’s far better to bring a bagged lunch and draw your own geek art on the brown bag while you are eating.

Well, I was pretty excited earlier when I read all about the new Nike Air MAGs, the Marty McFly sneakers from Back to the Future II, but now that Nike has revealed the full details about the Air MAGs, I’m sad to report that they won’t feature functional power-laces.

While George Lucas would like us all to forget Han Solo did shoot first when confronted by Greedo, at least we have a memento to remember it by. I only wish that when I needed to solder some electronic parts together, I had a soldering gun this cool.

On this day 45 years ago, television boldly went where no TV show has gone before. It was on September 8, 1966 that the world got it’s first glimpse of Star Trek and the world would never be the same.

This monster truck by Dexim isn’t the first remote controlled toy that we have seen that uses the iPhone for the controller. We have seen several helicopters for instance like the Griffin HELO TC that use the iPhone for a controller.

Many of us have been waiting for the Max Payne 3 game for a long time, and now we finally have a date. It was originally supposed to arrive back in 2009 (two full years ago) but the game faced several delays and missed a few launch dates in both 2010 and 2011.

Back at the beginning of August, we mentioned that Foxconn was looking at replacing about 150,000 workers with robots. The reason for this is more productivity and better quality for things like the iPhone from Apple that Foxconn builds.
