I used to hang my sunglasses on my collar, but I stopped after dropping them one too many times every time I’d bend down, even the slightest, to pick something up. I’ve since switched to actual hard cases, and while they do a great job of protecting my shades, they’re incredibly bulky.
Apparently, quite a number of people share the same problem because there’s now a project up on Kickstarter for Flipcase, which is a space-saving collapsible sunglass case.
All you have to do is pop off the sides of the Flipcase and fold it flat to store it when you’re wearing your sunglasses or when you’re not going to use the case.
The Flipcase collapses to just 0.25 inches thick, so you can just slip it in your bag or briefcase and forget all about it.
A minimum pledge of $22 will let you get your hands on one of these Flipcases in either black or white. You can check out their Kickstarter page for more information or to back the project.
