I’m not a huge fan of the Nintendo 3DS myself, but if it looked like the classic NES, like the one pictured here, I would buy two of them. Now before you drool all over the place, this is sadly just a mockup.
But it is an amazing mockup. It was created by Bjørn van der Linden for no other reason than his love of the old Nintendo Entertainment System. The handheld itself looks amazing, but he also went ahead and designed the boxart, mood pictures, and print ad to go with it.
Needless to say, this would be an amazing seller if Nintendo released it. I just wish that we could all buy one. Hopefully the Big N is paying attention and actually creates this. Make it so Nintendo.
