Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver Toothbrush: Even Time Lords Need Oral Hygiene

If you’re a fan of the BBC science-fiction series Doctor Who, you will get a big kick out of the latest electric toothbrush to turn up online. The toothbrush looks just like the Doctor’s sonic screwdriver.

It’s not actually a sonic toothbrush; it appears to vibrate at less than a sonic level with no spinning action like most electric toothbrushes today. It also won’t pick locks or analyze alien lifeforms. The toothbrush gets power from a single AA battery and ships with a spare head. Getting this bit of sci-fi tooth care Geekery will set you back about $19 (USD). The toothbrush is appropriate for ages three and up and is an officially licensed Doctor Who product.

You can pick one up on Firebox if you pre-order now, though there’s no indication of a shipping date yet.
