The world’s premier hat simulator spreads its death and destruction to the chessboard. NECA’s WizKids will be releasing a Team Fortress 2 chess set by the end of the year. Never above mocking itself, Valve allowed WizKids to turn the game’s classes into disembodied heads, with the chess pieces worn as hats.

Last month we found out that the PlayStation 4’s DualShock 4 controller more or less works with a PlayStation 3. PCSX2 forum member InhexSTER made a tool allowing you to use the controller with Windows games.

We definitely need more cute stuff in superhero movies. Like Thor. Remember when Darcy calls his hammer “Mew-Mew?” Well, Etsy seller TwinsGeekShop has taken the nickname and created some literal Mew-Mew hammers. And they are pretty darn cute.

This past weekend, the U.S. Midwest was struck by some really nasty tornadoes. As tornadoes will do, they caused some very bad destruction in the areas and some even lost their lives. Tornadoes are pretty scary and they can destroy everything you have in just seconds.

If you use an Apple gadget like the iPhone or iPod Touch that uses the Lighting connector and iOS, a new portable game controller has turned up aimed specifically at you. The controller comes from MOGA and is called the Ace Power.

LEGO Minifig Hand Syndrome, or LMHS. It’s a common problem that afflicts many of us. It comes from playing with LEGO for too many hours straight. Your hand begins to cramp and before you know it, you have a LEGO minifig hand.

I don’t know about you, but when I was a kid, I used to imagine that my wardrobe led into a secret and magical world, just like in the Narnia books. Of course, no matter how often I opened it, I only found clothes and disappointment, but it was still fun.

Korean DIY site Hobby:Design has a neat idea for a light bulb that doesn’t need electricity or electronics to work. The not so secret ingredient is of course glow in the dark pigment. Leave it exposed to bright light during the day and you get soft lighting at night.
