If you love the Back to the Future movies, you will love this new model that has turned up from Hot Toys. This thing is more than a toy; it’s a gigantic collectable replica of the DeLorean time machine used in the movies.
To get an idea how large 1/6th scale is, the car is 30-inches in length and is detailed enough to be a prop minature. It has no Mr. Fusion, but all the nozzles and gizmos are located on the body and on the inside of the car that I remember from the films.
It’s accurate on the inside down to the Flux Capacitor on the dash. The biggest downside to this awesome replica is the price tag. Sadly, Hot Toys is asking about $690(USD) for the car. Still, that’s way cheaper than an actual DeLorean – and it’s probably more reliable.
