Few foods are tastier, cheaper, and easier to make than ramen noodles. It’s a mystery how such a small block of dried noodles can make so much soup when cooked. How much sodium you ask? All of it. Plus, there are all sorts of ways to cook ramen. Ramen burgers are one example and now we have ramen donuts.
That sounds like a salty-sweet breakfast food of the college gods to me. Wondering if they are more sweet or more salty? Apparently, they’re made from fried bread, so they are more spicy and salty than sweet.
The ramen donuts will be offered in Japan via restaurant chain Osaka Ohsho and they will be through September 30th. Any Japanese readers need to go get these and let us know how they taste.
