This Christopher Pike T-shirt is clever, but so very sad. When you see it, all you can do is wonder what happened to his wheelchair. Remember, Christopher Pike had a nasty radiation injury and was left paralyzed. After that, he was confined to a wheelchair and could only communicate through a light built into the device.
So sad. Anyway, this t-shirt from ThinkGeek shows the front of Pike’s black wheelchair. It’s an obscure reference that only Star Trek fans would get – and it will make them tear up.
Wear this one in honor of the man or build yourself a wheelchair to go with it, for a really cool bit of cosplay.
