Doctor Who TARDIS Spatula is Flippin’ Awesome

by Shane McGlaun

I’m not sure why, but there are certain items in my kitchen that are never where I leave them. Spatulas are one of those items I have a drawer for in the kitchen, yet they are never there when I want one. If they are there, somehow they have flipped over where the spatula part catches on the drawer leaving me cursing and yanking until the drawer pops open. I think the sock gnomes are branching out.

Spatulas have lots of uses from flipping pancakes and burgers to prying melted pizzas off the pan. Doctor Who geeks that like to cook, or at least eat, can get hands on this awesome TARDIS Spatula. The end that you use to flip stuff looks like the iconic blue police box, and the handle appears to be some sort of stamped aluminum. Said handle also says Doctor Who on it.

The flipper part is silicone so you won’t brand yourself in some sort of spatula mishap. Spatulas also make good implements for corporal punishment and could be used for your own geeky version of 50 Shades of Grey. If you’re into that sort of thing. You can get your hands on the TARDIS spatula for $19.99(USD) at ThinkGeek.
