Blue Willow Plates with Game Boy Graphics

At first glance these plates look like typical vintage Blue Willow plates, but upon closer inspection you will see that they actually combine the Willow pattern with graphics from Game Boy versions of the Legend of Zelda and Pok√©mon games. These aren’t your grandmother’s plates after all.

These plates that mix the old with the new were made by UK-based artist Olly Moss who calls the style “8-Bit Willow“. Man, I wish I had a set of these for the dinner table.
