Artist Klaus Enrigue recreated Darth Vader’s helmet in an unusual way. He covered the mask with 150 creepy crawly insects. There are tarantulas, scorpions, and butterflies from around the world as if called by The Force to create an armor made out of nature.

It took him almost 300 hours to put it all together. He says that the butterflies represent metamorphosis and how Vader changes throughout the films. I guess the tarantulas and scorpions represent the evil that Vader has done. This definitely makes the Lord of the Sith more creepy.

If Vader had looked like this in the movies, Luke would have been too freaked out to even fight him.
