Finding Bigfoot (in a Bundt Cake)

by Paul Strauss

Last time we spotted the elusive Sasquatch, he was hiding out on Etsy. Now, it seems that the creature has gone through some sort of shrinker ray and made his way into a bundt cake. Or maybe it’s a really big cake and he didn’t shrink at all.

Baker Jenn Fujikawa of justJENN Recipes created this deliciously squatchy looking bundt cake, and has been kind enough to share the technique up on Nerdist. The trick is to use this Bigfoot cookie cutter to layer in a bit of chocolate cake at a random location in the cake, so just one lucky eater gets a slice of squatch.

It’s like a Mardi Gras king cake, except with Bigfoot instead of a baby.
