Just five days after Fallout 4 came out, Nexus Mods member BOTLANNER already came up with a mod for the hit RPG. It’s a fun and somewhat practical one too. The Creature Follower mod lets you summon a second companion. None of them are human, but they’re all named Shaun, after the main character’s son.

As of this writing the extra companion can be “a deathclaw, yao guai, gen1synth, gen2synth, cat, Mutant Hound, super mutant behemoth, raider dog, gorilla, radscorpion, or a vicious dog.” BOTLANNER also has another mod where you can have an eyebot as a companion. All of them except the cat can aid you in combat. Here’s Please Stand By Tom Walkthrough’s demo of the mod:

Head to Nexus Mods to download Creature Follower.
