A Song of Ice and Fire Boxed Book Set: A Box of Vinyl and Cloth

I’ve sworn off reading any fantasy book series that isn’t already complete before I start it, after the massive annoyance that was The Wheel of Time series. I started that series in high school, and still haven’t finished it. It got really tedious and each time I finished a book, I had to wait FOREVER for the next, then the author died leaving the series for another writer to finish. I was rather bored with waiting for Rand to go crazy and really wanted more sword fights and less talking anyway.

For that reason, I’ve never read A Song of Ice and Fire. If you like the series, you can get a boxed set that has the first five books in fancy leather cloth binding.

That binding looks like leather, but is actually vinyl. Each book is sort of smallish at 4.9″ x 6.4″ x 9.6″. You can get the set for $36.99(USD) at ThinkGeek, and no, buying it won’t make the sixth book come any faster.
