by Lambert Varias

Scare the filling out of your friends’ doughnuts with Ben Spear Makes Swords’ cool non-functioning replicas of Marceline’s ax bass and her gender-swapped counterpart’s six-string. They’re made of pine with nylon strings and steel knobs.

Each guitar is about 49″ long and weighs 5lb., but the shop can make smaller scale versions. Marceline’s bass comes in two pieces – the neck and the body – while Marshall Lee’s guitar can be disassembled into four pieces.

Ben Spear Makes Swords sells the guitars for $120 (USD) each. The Marceline bass is listed as sold out, but the shop also says these are made to order so I’m sure they’ll happily make one for you.
