Let the SpineGym Workout Your Back and Abs

by Conner Flynn

This strange exercise contraption looks like some sort of a vertical gurney. You know, the kind they used to wheel Hannibal Lector to and fro. Except you aren’t wearing a mask and your legs and arms are not in shackles. Actually, the SpineGym is all about working out your back and your abs.

Its makers claim that it will perfect your posture while strengthening your core. I’m not so sure that standing between two rods can do that, but what do I know? Just place yourself between the poles and start performing a range of motions with your torso to do your workouts.

It will work out your lower back, your obliques and abdominals. Or you could, you know, get two skiing poles and do the same thing for much cheaper. If you believe in this product, go fund it at indiegogo and get yourself one for about $200.
