This Robot Skeleton is Driven by Artificial Muscles

 |  |  |  July 13, 2016

This may be the first giant step toward a world full of human-like robots that hunt down humans like Terminators. I hope there’s a John Connor out there somewhere. The Suzumori Endo Robotics Laboratory has created artificial multifilament muscles and attached them to a human skeleton to allow for smooth motion. Nah. That’s not creepy at all.

This technology is still young, but think about it, this could lead to robots that move with smoother human-like motions. It could also help create more natural artificial limbs.

It’s pretty disturbing how humanlike the robot movements are at times in the video. Why has no one killed this with fire? Please! Someone! It needs fire!
