A Supercharged Roomba Speeds Around a Park

A Supercharged Roomba Speeds Around a Park
Roombas are pretty handy little robot vacuum cleaners. Even if they do do their job super slowly. But if you have ever wondered what a Roomba would look like on crack, check out this video. It is the fastest Roomba ever. This previously broken Roomba vacuum robot was modified by Warusoneko.

Eyes-on Review: ZEISS DriveSafe Lenses – The Best Eyeglasses for Driving

Eyes-on Review: ZEISS DriveSafe Lenses – The Best Eyeglasses for Driving
I’ve worn eyeglasses ever since I was a teenager. Back then, I was mostly walking around and attending school, and didn’t have to worry about night driving, using mobile devices, nor the gradual changes that would impact my vision as I got older.

This LEGO Machine Dispenses Personal Pan Pizzas

This LEGO Machine Dispenses Personal Pan Pizzas
Now this is a good use of LEGO bricks. This Pizza Hut themed machine that dispenses a personal pan pizza was made by Astonishing Studios. Not only will it give you a pizza, but it also gives you correct change after you insert a five dollar bill. It works by using a light sensor that detects and counts the bills, so after the fifth bill is inserted it triggers the release of the pizza and the correct change.

This Portable Grill is Simply Beautiful

This Portable Grill is Simply Beautiful
Most grills are just boxy or round things that you throw charcoal in or attach some propane to. Nothing fancy. They just do their job. They never really look beautiful. The Grillo from FormAxiom is the exception.

Iron Man Glove Shoots a Laser

Iron Man Glove Shoots a Laser
This real-life Iron Man glove shoots a bright blue laser and it looks amazing. This 3-watt laser is 3,000 times more powerful than a typical laser pointer. So basically, if your cat chases this and catches it, Fluffy will be toast.

Luminous Electronic Bar Graph Clock: Telling Time with Charts & Graphs

Luminous Electronic Bar Graph Clock: Telling Time with Charts & Graphs
The Luminous Electronic Bar Graph Clock looks pretty cool. This isn’t some lame digital clock or a common round analog clock. This clock is a bar graph. Just like the ones, you made back in fifth grade.

Fallout Power Helmet Bank Won’t Hold Bottle Caps

Fallout Power Helmet Bank Won’t Hold Bottle Caps
I long ago left the old T-45 Power armor behind, and now schlep around the wasteland in by badass flamed out X-01 power armor. T-45 is for plebs. ThinkGeek has a sweet Fallout Power Helmet coin bank that will hold your quarters, but won’t hold caps because the slot is too thin. It looks like it’s made of metal, but it’s actually painted vinyl.

Foot Darts Is a Mashup of Soccer and Darts

Foot Darts Is a Mashup of Soccer and Darts
It’s kind of amazing that we still keep coming up with new sports. Foot Sports UK has invented a fun new sport called Foot Darts. It is basically a combination of soccer and darts. The idea is that you kick a velcro-covered soccer ball against a 23-foot high inflatable dartboard.

Fallout 4 Breakfast Making Contraption Is Crazy

Fallout 4 Breakfast Making Contraption Is Crazy
I know that people are making some crazy stuff in Fallout 4, but this breakfast making machine is just nuts. It is so detailed and complex that it must have taken ages to complete. This crazy machine was made by former scientist Matt Hamlin (a.k.a.

Official LEGO Adventure Time Set is Mathematical

Official LEGO Adventure Time Set is Mathematical
You may remember that earlier this year, LEGO Ideas member Ludovic Piraud (a.k.a. “aBetterMonkey”) created a LEGO set based on Adventure Time. It turns out that the set was actually approved to become an official product, because LEGO believes in homies helping homies.

Guy Cooks a Steak Using a Flying Drone

Guy Cooks a Steak Using a Flying Drone
This guy knows how to cook a steak on the grill like a real man. Let the drone do all of the work. That’s how you do it. Or, that’s how you don’t do it. I’ll have my steak well-drone please. Want to know how you cook steak with a drone?

SheepView 360º is Like a Wooly Street View

SheepView 360º is Like a Wooly Street View
Durita Dahl Andreassen and some of the other 49,188 people who live on the Faroe Islands, a remote archipelago in the North Atlantic Ocean want people to come visit. I guess if you had to see the same 49,000 people day in and day out, you’d want visitors too.

How to Train your Dragon Toothless Couch

How to Train your Dragon Toothless Couch
For the first episode of the third season of “Super-Fan Builds” the folks at AWE went all out and created a couch shaped like Toothless from “Dragons: Race to the Edge”. They built it for a hardcore fan of How to Train Your Dragon.

Moxi Stroller Charges Your Phone via Generator Wheels

Moxi Stroller Charges Your Phone via Generator Wheels
I have two kids and when kids are very young, a stroller isn’t something parents want to do without. Sure, you want to hold the baby a lot of the time, but you also want to put them down so they can sleep – and at times, you want to axe murder anyone who tries to wake them up.

Swagbot Is a Cattle-herding Robot: Bit Along, Little Dogies

Swagbot Is a Cattle-herding Robot: Bit Along, Little Dogies
Who needs cowboys to rustle up the cattle, or even dogs, when a robot can do the job just fine? Swagbot is the world’s first herding robot. Cowboys and dogs are no longer necessary. No jobs are safe from robots as their population increases. This so-called “motion platform for cattle station operations”was developed by the Australian Centre for Field Robotics at the University of Sydney.

Nintendo Is Launching a Miniature NES This Holiday Season

Nintendo Is Launching a Miniature NES This Holiday Season
For years now we have been forced to buy knock-off NES replicas since Nintendo has never re-released the console. Well, those knockoffs are about to get dusty on store shelves, because Nintendo has announced that they’re launching its own miniature NES called the Nintendo Classic Edition (or Nintendo Classic Mini in Europe). The $60 console is a “near-identical” replica that connects to your TV via HDMI, and includes 30 classic games from the library.
