Zubits Shoe Closures Replace Knots with Magnets

 |  |  September 13, 2016

We don’t all have Back to the Future sneakers yet, with self tying shoelaces, but Zubits may be the next best thing right now. This little doodads are magnetic shoe closures that easily snap together so that you don’t have to worry about your laces.

They let the wearer quickly put on or remove a pair of shoes without having to tie the laces. And the best part is that you can use them with your current shoes and laces. Just lace Zubits magnets onto your own shoelaces and when separated, you can easily slip into a wide open shoe. Close the magnets with a click and go do your thing.

Hopefully they are sturdy enough to not come undone when walking. They seem like a really cool idea.
