NASA Langley is showing off a new concept dwelling that astronauts might one day live in on the surface of the Red Planet. The concept is called the Mars Ice Home, and as the name suggests, it’s cool.

Looking like a giant and uncomfortable mouse, this household robot wants to help eliminate the need of performing one of life’s unpleasant tasks: mopping floors. The Everybot RS500 robot will take care of this laborious task for you with the touch of a button.

I’d wager the first exposure that many of us had to video games that gave you a workout was with the Nintendo Wii. Everyone who played that boxing game woke up sore the next morning and had to remember why.

One of the most memorable video games I have ever played was BioShock. The original game and its underwater city of Rapture was a creepy mix of high-tech with art deco style. Some of the most remarkable characters from the game were the giant diving suit wearing Big Daddies.

Samsung has unveiled its Powerbot VR7000, a robotic vacuum that you can control with your Amazon Echo. In fact, Samsung says that all of its Wi-Fi-enabled Powerbot vacuums will work with Alexa. We don’t know exactly what you can command your bots to do, but I wouldn’t expect anything other than simple stop, go and get to work sort of commands.

While iOS gamers are already playing Super Mario Run (and complaining about the $10 price tag,) Android gamers are sitting there just wanting to play the game. While the game still isn’t available for Android users, you can now pre-register your interest over on Google Play.

When I was a kid, I had to fold my own paper airplanes with my own two hands. You kids have it easy with your fancy paper plane folding machine guns. It’s not often that I get a chance to get my mitts on a product before it’s actually launched. Such was the case when the folks behind the Heacket reached out to me and asked if I wanted to try out one of their jackets.

I’m not a big toy collector, so I am not too familiar with Beast Kingdom’s action figures. This one is supposed to be based on Darth Vader as seen in Rogue One. The proportions are all wrong for the helmet though, which I assume to be the thing with these Egg Attack figures. 

There aren’t many toys that are more recognizable and iconic than LEGO bricks and minifigs. While I’ve always wanted to make a giant minifig from LEGO bricks, I rather like this shortcut – a jumbo-sized minifig you can buy already made for your desktop or bookshelf.
