Stealth Core Workout Trainer Gets You Ripped as You Play Games

I’d wager the first exposure that many of us had to video games that gave you a workout was with the Nintendo Wii. Everyone who played that boxing game woke up sore the next morning and had to remember why. Stealth is a new product that is one partĀ core workout and one part video game controller.

The device has a slot for your smartphone to fit into and you run game apps on your device. Basically, as you move around working your core muscle groups, the board acts as a controller for a variety of minigames. The firstĀ game has what looks like an asteroid on the screen and the player gets into plank position on the Stealth device. You then move around to align the crosshairs on the asteroid and hold the position to blow it up. Basically, you’re getting a great workout while you’re distracted by a video game.

The Stealth is currently in its final hours of fundraising on Kickstarter, and has smashed through its goal by a factor of 17x already. A Stealth will cost you $189(USD) with shipping set for June 2017.
