Today, I’m taking a look at the HTC HD7 running Windows Phone 7.
I’ve been an iPhone user for a couple of years now, but it’s always nice to get the chance to spend some time with the other smartphone platforms out there.
How quickly can you solve a Rubik’s cube? Don’t worry, it’s been a while since I’ve even attempted such a feat. I’d like to think that over the last few years my problem-solving skills have increased exponentially, and that I can tackle one in mere seconds.
As a kid, Santa tends to be a big part of Christmas. The more parents can do to make him seem real, the more fun and exciting it can seem. There are a lot of ways to do this, from taking your child to the mall to sit in his lap, to leaving milk and cookies for him on Christmas Eve.
How often do you play your old NES? I bet you’d play it more if it were a guitar.
That’s right, someone out there got the brilliant idea to take an old NES and convert it into a fully-functional electric guitar.
How interesting is the furniture in your house? Looking around, mine is pretty bland. Don’t get me wrong, it’s decent stuff for the most part, it’s just not terribly interesting. I mean, I don’t have an NES controller for a coffee table or anything.
Microsoft’s Kinect proves that some gaming peripherals aren’t just for gaming.
Since the launch of Microsoft’s Kinect, people have been hacking it to do all sorts of interesting things. However, I have to say that attaching it to a flying robot has to be one of the coolest I’ve seen.
You know what really sucks? Holding stuff.
Sure, most of us have two hands and opposable thumbs, but do we really need to use them for holding stuff all the time? Lets say you have an iPad, and you want to use it.
Looking for the perfect gift for your child? Well here’s an idea, get them a new bed. I know what you’re thinking, a kid is going to get as excited about a new bed as they would a pair of socks on Christmas morning.
Are you a Mac user that misses the good old days? You know, the days when your iMac actually shipped with a whole keyboard. I’ll admit, I do like the portability of my miniature keyboard, but it just doesn’t work as an everyday peripheral.
You know what’s missing from doors these days? Keyholes big enough that you can actually look through. Back in the good old days, if you wondered what was going on behind a locked door, you’d just kneel down and take a look through the keyhole.
Do you ever wish that your point-and-shoot camera had a few more high-end features?
For most people a simple point-and-shoot camera is perfect. They’re small, take good pictures and can be relatively inexpensive. Unfortunately, there are some things that a lot of them just can’t do.
Darkness is good for sleeping and watching movies. But you know what it’s bad for? Seeing stuff.
Obviously, the fix for seeing things in the dark is light. If you want to see lots of stuff inside, you turn on the main lights in a room.
When it comes to high-tech weaponry, slingshots aren’t exactly very high on the list. When it comes down to it, most slingshots are made from a frame, a couple pieces of rubber and a small bit of leather.
