People from all walks of life are searching for Pokémon right now, but believe it or not, there are still some people out there who actually don’t know a thing about Pokémon. And they aren’t in remote jungles in the Amazon either.
If you are a big Deadpool fan you will want to check this out. Yep, this is a bust of Deadpool dressed as Julius Caesar, complete with his gold laurel wreath headband. Deadpool’s got his swords on back, and even though they don’t look anything like the swords from the movie, they’re still pretty cool.
Each of the busts are limited edition and hand painted by Gentle Giant LTD.
Yep, this axe has a handle filled with gummy bears. Why? Why not? It was made by Peter Brown of YouTube channel Shop Time. The dude clearly likes gummy bears.
He first made a mold for the axe handle, then filled it full of gummy bears and resin.
I thought pens that had stuff in the back that floated were awesome growing up. Mostly this was due to the pens my uncle kept in his room that had well endowed ladies whose shirts floated off when you tipped the pens.
Think your man cave is cool? Check out Marc and Jennifer Bell’s Star Trek themed home theater and bar. It was a labor of love that took four years and $1.5-million to complete, and puts other home theaters to shame.
I think Daenerys Targaryen would totally back this Kickstarter project. The project is to create a line of foam swords for kids (and adults) to play with that have interchangeable parts so you can repair them or make your own.
I am a huge fan of hamburgers. I also recently moved to Colorado from Texas, and Colorado isn’t a Whataburger state. I’m sad about that, but I can now walk from Walmart to the car without having heat stroke so there’s that.
We’ve seen our share of official and unofficial LEGO AT-AT builds, but Noah‘s 5,000 piece build is something special. This one is properly scaled for LEGO minifigs! How cool is that?
Noah also built a Hoth diorama to go with it, naturally.
I used to think hamsters were cool until about 1990 when the field behind our house caught fire and all the field mice fled… right into our house. The little fuzzy bastards apparently liked it there and they would wake me up at all hours of the night doing whatever mice do in the dark.
You know the old saying: Don’t store all of your eggs in one batcave. I may have that wrong. Whatever. This Batman Egg Cup will dress up your egg like the Dark Knight himself. Do I really need to say anymore?
Sometimes movies are so cheesy and terrible that they end up being cult classics. This is exactly what happened with Sharknado. I watched that movie with my daughter one night because she is both afraid and interested in both sharks and tornados.
Did you know that Metroid turned 30 this year? Time flies when you are battling parasites and other nasties. Well, for the anniversary, Jared Rosenblitt built this awesome diorama recreating the big boss battle with the Parasite Queen.
For those of you who don’t know, this is the very first boss fight in the Game Cube classic, Metroid Prime.
Every year, Stoughton Farm in Newark Valley, New York makes a cool and intricate corn maze, or maize maze if you prefer, not to be corny. This year they have returned with a ’80s-inspired theme, based on the video game Super Mario Bros.
It features portraits of Mario, Luigi, Toad, Princess Peach and Yoshi the dinosaur.
