Remember the Glory Days With Rapture Earrings [Bioshock]

Remember the Glory Days With Rapture Earrings [Bioshock]
Once upon, Rapture might have been an okay place. Sure, that was before our time, but isn’t it always nice to remember the good ol’ days? These lovely BioShock-inspired earrings allow you to do just that, but with class. Of course, the glory days turned into gory days when everyone started killing each other, but eh.

The Easiest Xbox 360 Achievement: Rrod

The Easiest Xbox 360 Achievement: Rrod
Based on personal experience, I would have to guess that most of us have already completed this Xbox 360 achievement at some point in the last couple of years. This Red Ring of Death achievement T-shirt is bound to draw a few chuckles from your gaming buddies, and maybe a few sobs from the ones who’ve lost a console or two to the dreaded RRoD over the years.

Two Girls, 1up

Two Girls, 1up
I can’t decide if this Princess Peach and Daisy Two Girls, One-Up geek art by STACMASTER-S is hysterical, in really bad taste, or both. In either case, I like it.

Marc Ecko Limited Edition Star Wars Hoodies: Style Blessed by the Force

Marc Ecko Limited Edition Star Wars Hoodies: Style Blessed by the Force
I’m not a big Star Wars nut, but I would gladly hand over my money for these awesome Star Wars hoodies by Marc Ecko. I want all of them. Here are some of the designs: That’s the Vader hoodie ($100 (USD)) together with the X Wing Pilot hoodie ($150).

Where Babies Come From – Portal Wear for Tots

Where Babies Come From – Portal Wear for Tots
When the ESRB gave Portal a “T” rating, I don’t think they meant “T for Toddler”. But your tots can get this hysterical “Where Babies Come From” C-Section graphic on an infant body suit, tiny t-shirt, or a baby bib over at CafePress.

Worst Headphones Ever

Worst Headphones Ever
Lisa over at Boing Boing Gadgets just spotted these ridiculous furry cat ear headphones from Japanese gadget maker Thanko. There’s not a whole lot to say about them, other than the fact nobody I know would never be caught dead wearing them. I suppose if you’ve got some sort of feline fetish, you might want to get these to go with your furry cat keyboard and flash drive.

Star Wars T-Shirt Does Make a Good Point

Star Wars T-Shirt Does Make a Good Point
When we love someone or something, we tend to overlook its flaws and shortcomings, and we say to ourselves that these flaws and shortcomings are just part of the person or the object that we love, they’re included in the package, even though we could mine these flaws and shortcomings for comic material, thus putting them to good use.

Zelda Cosplay: Now for the Whole Family

Zelda Cosplay: Now for the Whole Family
Zelda fans have been with Link through the ages, so why limit cosplay to individuals old enough to choose for themselves? Presenting the Link costume for babies: Not that I can say much–my son was a moogle for his first Halloween.

Batman Cufflinks for the Rich and Poor of Gotham

Batman Cufflinks for the Rich and Poor of Gotham
When I saw these Batman-inspired cufflinks, I thought, man! Too bad I have no reason to buy cufflinks for anyone. Platinum/rhodium cufflinks are nice enough, but when they mark you out as a regular dude operating at super capacity, you know they’re awesome. Unfortunately, they’re only available at Bruce Wayne prices: these cufflinks are about $84 (USD) over at Cufflinks2Wear.

Av Connector T-Shirt Perfect for Av Club Geeks

Av Connector T-Shirt Perfect for Av Club Geeks
Do you spend a ton of time squished between the wall behind your A/V equipment, plugging and unplugging cables? Then have I got a T-shirt for you. The backside of the “AV” t-shirt by Olly Moss offers more audio-visual connectors than you’ll probably ever need – at least analog ones.

Real Brawl Character Photos Are Nightmarishly Compelling

Real Brawl Character Photos Are Nightmarishly Compelling
If you ever wondered what that mysterious turtle Lakitu would look like if he was, say, human, your day is here. In fact, you get a large chunk of the cast of Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros Brawl, all in the disturbing vision of Greg De Stefano.

Pac-Man on Twitter

Pac-Man on Twitter
What would happen if Pac-Man was on twitter? A whole lot of trouble, that’s what. I laughed my ass off when I saw this hysterical illustration by Scott Hampson. Scott, will you please make T-shirts out of these?

Transformers Backpack is Both More and Less Versatile Than Other Backpacks

Transformers Backpack is Both More and Less Versatile Than Other Backpacks
A Transformers backpack is a pretty cool project on its own. When said Transformers backpack is created out of seatbelts, however, then you’re on a whole other level. The backpack is a thing of beauty, with buckles and all, as well as an interior lined with Transformers fabric.

Bioshock Belt Buckle: How Splicers Keep Their Pants From Falling Down

Bioshock Belt Buckle: How Splicers Keep Their Pants From Falling Down
Here’s the perfect fashion accessory for Bioshock fans. Technabob reader Matthew Borgatti (aka “M@”) created this intricately detailed bronze belt buckle which bears the inimitable Art Deco logo from the classic underwater shooter. M@ started out by having a wax mold carved on TechShop’s Tormach CNC. He then produced a silicone mold from the wax and had the bronze casting made by the guys over at JR Casting. While I really love the way the raw bronze looked when it came back from the casting, M@ did a great job giving it that thoroughly weathered look that’s more apropos of the game’s decrepit atmosphere. You can check out more photos of the Bioshock belt buckle and M@’s other creative works over on Sinbox and Flickr.

Tetris Constructed on Shirts

Tetris Constructed on Shirts
If you loved the last giant Tetris piece posted here, then this may just be your kind of shirt. Why build regular, boring buildings when instead you can turn construction into the world’s biggest game? Though I’m still waiting for a flash game based on this crane-heavy concept (and no, the bright colors in Sim City don’t count), I can still enjoy all these artistic endeavors that celebrate the classic puzzle game.

Geek Corsets: Imagining Darth Vader as a Sexy (Female) Beast

Geek Corsets: Imagining Darth Vader as a Sexy (Female) Beast
Straight from the what files come these geektastic corsets designed to evoke Star Wars and Star Trek character, and I can’t decide if they’d make great Halloween costumes, or if they look like something from an adult film parody of the classics. One thing is indisputable: the workmanship that went into these costumes and corsets, by EveningArwen, is amazing.
